Dear wakeboarder,
First of all i'm sorry for my bad english language
I'm a french wakeboarder enthusiat and i'm looking to buy my first real wakeboard boat !
I leave a message here, cause in France wakeboard are not really famous and nice boat are very difficult to find, so i think i will buy it in USA
To tell u everything my first hobby is sport's car, so i'm not a specialist of boat.
So my budget is around 30 000 $.
I'm looking for a nice boat, 21-23", good looking, perfect condition and more important a very reliable boat cause I hate being more often in the garage than on the water !! it's very important for me.
If possible i would like to have automatic launch ballast, perfect pass, bimini and tower.
That's why i've take a look to Malibu and Mastercraft or Nautique.
They are certainly a little more expensive but I think of taking less risk than with a brand less known in Europe.
So i'm looking for a Malibu Wakesetter or Mastercraft X2 or Air Nautique
So don't hesitate to give me some reflexion, idea etc...
Could you tell me for example what is very important to check, control, on this sort of boat ?
What do u think about Mooson and Indmar engine ?
I don't understand what is the difference between Malibu VLX, LSV and VTX, ?
Cheers

I just bought a 2006 Supra Launch 22ssv and it was in that price range. For your price range you can find 2004 to 2006 models. I would suggest the super air nautique 210 or get a moomba or mobius. Malibu will be more expensive just for the name and Mastercraft doesn't have as nice of a wake. _________________ Wakeboard as much as I can. I've ridden them all, mastercrafts can have a great wake you just need to weight it properly (just like every boat). |
