I received a 100 dollar gift card from West Marine for Christmas. I ordered a few bumpers, vinyl cleaner, vinyl protectant, and boat wash. The bumpers came in a separate box from the cleaning products. The cleaning products box was saturated. One of the liquids had spilled. I called the customer service and they said they would ship all new ones the next day, no questions asked. I just wanted to let everyone know how good the customer service at West Marine is.

Nice to hear. Now if only they'd carry quality wake gear instead of the cheapo stuff!

GnarShredd, Their selection of wake gear is poor at best, but I don't think this is really a big concern of theirs. They do have a great selection of gear for all types of boating needs. Also, the customer service really impressed me. I will continue to shop at boardstop and evo for my wake needs. Who both have great customer service as well.

I swear by their Marine Polish with PTEF (Teflon). Absolutely great stuff!
