So I just got some 2012 cells. I read allot of reviews and from what I gathered with the heat moldable liners, they will stretch a 1/2 shoe size. I normally wear a 10 1/2 but even after heat molding with thin socks my toes seem to long and hurt after standing in them. This is after heat molding. The boot feels awesome everywhere except my big toe. Should I have gone with 11's or will they stretch out. Should I remold them with 2 pairs of socks? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Wow, I've been out of the game for a while... I didn't even realize that wakeboard boots had heat molded options. I have always had heat molded snowboard boots and loved ever pair, may have to make the switch!

Sorry I can't help but thanks for that bit of info!

I never heat-molded mine, I just kind of let them form over time. Mine fit great and I got the ones for my correct shoe size without worrying about the 1/2 size difference. Mine are 2010 or 2011 boots though so I don't know if the fit will vary.

Did they hurt the ends of your toes in the beginning? I'm 10 1/2 and they don't make half sizes, should have I gone up or down in size?

I have a size 13 foot and got their biggest one (I think it was listed as a 13-14). Fits me fine, I didn't notice any toe problems.

You did the right thing.

I have 10.5 size feet and have 08 ones size 10. Had them heat molded at a snowboard shop. They will also soften up more over time. Just keep wearing them, they'll be fine.

BidBadWolfe, I just bought a pair of Ronix Kais size 10.5-14.5, and I wear a size 10.5 shoe size. I feel like I should have gotten the size 9-11.5 because I can significantly lift my heel when I tighten the laces. Based off my recent experience, I think you made the correct purchase!

I've got 2010 Ronix One's in size ten and I wear and 10-10.5 and they fit me great. Everyone who tries them on with a 10.5 to 11 shoe size says they are too tight width wise, I havn't gotten any complaints on the length though.

I never heat molded mine, just did it the old fashion way and they fit great but can even be a bit tight on me because I like to cinch down the feet belt so I have no heel lift but then it tightens up the width too much.

I'm not sure heat molding changes much on the length in side the boot, best place to ask is Performance Ski next time you're heading to O-dub.

I was under the impression that Ronix fit one size small. I wear size 10 in everything, expect Ronix bindings, size 11. All other bindings, size 10.

The bindings were a little tight on dry ground. I got to ride on Christmas Day, and they fit like a glove in the water. I'm glad I got the 10's and I think I would have been swimming in the 11's. I love these boots, their super comfy, supportive, easy to get on and off and really responsive. They also look pretty sick on my new stick (13 SS Recoil). I'm hoping its not too cold on Wednesday so I go hit the cable

You brought up a good point. They will stretch a bit in the water.

I wear a 10.5 and have ridden the size 9 cells for a couple of seasons and never mold them. My toes are crunched at first, but when they break-in, they are just right.

Im size 10.5 but i got the cells size 11 and they fit perfectly and heat molding them made them even better. I would never go down a size because i don't like my foot crammed into a boot
