Ok so i have been wakeboarding for almost a year now and never tried barefooting. Sooo are last day at Bull Shoals i tried to barefoot from my wakeboard, here is what happened!!

Yeah, you're gonna need to be going up north of 35 MPH, probably closer to 40.

Ohh I wont be trying this for awhile. I need to learn how to barefoot before trying this stunt again. Seen it done before and thought it would be fun to try! Fun with pain!

If you're going to try it again try sitting on a kneeboard with your feet off the front and standing up that way. That and speed the boat up to about 40. The learning can be painful but it's a lot of fun once you get the hang of it.

That was great man! I go footing a lot and let me tell you after a couple of layed out falls like that you will learn to tuck real fast! After that falls really aren't that bad. If you have a barefoot boom or know some one with one that is the easiest way to learn otherwise sitting on the knee board is the next best, and least painful. Good luck on your future attempts!
