I didn't realize that the former president had let his hair grow. Groovy.
Of course, people should respect the office more though. _________________ I walk 47 miles of barb wire, I got a cobra snake for a necktie, a brand new house up on the road side, and it's made out of rattlesnake hide

Actually, in this context he is getting respect. Ned Stark's head was also on a spike and he was considered and honorable man which is more than can be said for Bush...................
that's very amusing, but no matter what your personal opinion, or how accurate I might think it is, I don't believe that any presidential likeness should be burned or otherwise abused in effigy, unless you are making a statement that is purposefully treasonous. _________________ I walk 47 miles of barb wire, I got a cobra snake for a necktie, a brand new house up on the road side, and it's made out of rattlesnake hide
I didn 't say there should be a law against it, did I? Or legislation of any kind. Oh, wait, I get it. You don 't want me expressing my opinion about how the office should be respected. _________________ I walk 47 miles of barb wire, I got a cobra snake for a necktie, a brand new house up on the road side, and it's made out of rattlesnake hide

Reply typed and deleted. I don't want to ruin this thread with your ponderous bullstuff......................
On the other hand, thanks for bumping this. I just finished reading all of the books. Book 4 was a mostly a waste of time. Book 5 ended well, but dude is starting to slack. At some point he needs to start wrapping up some story lines OR just let the white walkers take over the world. _________________ Work SUX!

Ha! I suggest you try and read Robert Jordan's "Wheel of Time" series then. 13 or 14 books and still going!..............
Already tried.... by Book 6 I was only reading the first sentence of each paragraph. Book 7 I had to set down after the Prolouge. I've read the summaries of the rest of the books online and I really don't think I missed much
I felt the same way reading the book. Good lord - that family can't win. Except for the little ones. They seem to kick all sorts of butt. Aria standing up to Dog was awesome. She's my favorite character on the show. _________________ Work SUX!
only thing i didn't like was how they handled arya and the dog at the end. wanted to see the broadside of his ax smack her upside the had and an instant fade to black to end the show.
