yes it's for real, they are breaking ground after the 4th of July, opening for summer 2012, and best of all, there will be a Phoenix Winch feature (winch pond) in the middle of the park.

i bet they will replace them quickly once they have their own photos, and despite whatever reputation they develop they'll kill it out here because there is no competition, but these are good dudes so I'm not worried about their reputation
