So I got up on a board last year and it felt good. Now I have my own board and want to start with the basics, if I only knew what they were. I see the "how to" for tricks, but are there moves to learn before doing tricks. If so where can I read about them. I have heard the term surface moves, what is this.

Thanks Tom

Thanks for the info on what moves to learn first, but I don't see a description of those on this sitein the beginners trick list. I do see and understand the progressive edges toe and heal, but not to sure about the butterslide, powerslide and surface 360. Do you know where I can find them.

Thanks Tom

learn both hs and toeside wake-2-wake jumps. learn to ride switch, work on surface 180's and ollie 180's. then try them from the inside-out of the wake
