First a super clean super nice 91 maristar Mastercraft 210 200hrs awesome sound system $15600

Second a 1992 prostar Mastercraft 205 same thing super clean minus to sweet sound system all have wakeboard towers $10500

Third a 94 tige 20ft new upholstery and killer sound system $10000

Which would have the best hull design for wakeboarding and wakesurfing?

I'd go for the 205, but it would be better to find a 205v.

Try to find a Malibu Sunsetter Lx. I have a 1995. It's a great bang for the buck, I paid $11.5K for mine. I frequently ride behind new V-drives and I'm never disappointed when I have to ride behind my boat, plus it's paid for Very Happy .

I've read that you really need to weight the maristars to throw a decent wakeboarding wake, but have no personal experience to verify this.

Here's vid of my surf wake with a buddy behind my 1995 Sunsetter Lx. He's 6'2 for reference. This is with 1,400 lbs in the corner, wedge, 350 in the locker and four people in the boat.

I had that exact Mastercraft before upgrading 3-4 years ago. I would buy that boat right now if it was closer to me than what it is no questions asked, no haggling needed. It's a great boat, throws a great wake, is easily weighted, etc. The seating layout isn't the greatest because it's a direct drive, but it worked well for us.

If that's the price range you are looking into, buy that boat and never look back. The other two boats will not touch it for wakeboarding. I never surfed behind one, but I would bet it would be hard to get weighted properly for a good surf wake. Don't know though.

$hit, that's an awesome price if it's clean. Wrong side of the country for me though.

That 205 should have a decent wakeboarding wake but not sure about the surf wake. In 96 they changed the hull and those have a great wake for boarding and its ok for surfing. You should be able to surf behind the 92, but its going to take alot of weight. In my 99 205 we usually have about 1800 pounds of ballast for surfing and thats without people.

If you can spend up to 15k and are thinking about a 205, you should be able to find one with the newer, better hull.

As I said earlier, I have no idea on the surf wake and would guess it's not going to be great. However, everything else it will do extremely well and none of the others will do much for surfing either.
