|

So...I'm sure I'm jumping the gun here, but I've never seen this happen before...
I order a new wakeboard, bindings and rope from evo.com, and shortly after I got my confirmation email. I checked my online banking and saw the charge on my account. That night at about 7PM I got an email from Evo saying my order had shipped, and I was provided with tracking numbers. Later that night, I checked my online banking and saw an "ATM Credit" charge line for the exact same amount as my Evo purchase.
The next day...POOF...nothing from Evo or this mysterious credit shows on my online banking, and all the money I had spent the day before is back in my account (only money spent at Evo). I checked the tracking numbers and gear is in fact on its way to me....
Anyone seen something like this before? I've never shopped at Evo before this, so maybe this odd charging behavior is the norm. But I've definitely got my fingers crossed lol |

Well I doubt that you will not see a charge for the products. They probably did an authorize on the amount and then probably close out their daily processing at a later time. You will see a charge for the items in the next few days........if you don;t then EVO will be out of business pretty soon and will shutdown their doors because you can go broke sending out gear and not getting paid for it.
I have seen processing problems since we have run boardstop.com for almost 8 years but they get corrected and money goes where it needs to go. _________________ Wakeskating

Yeah...I figured so, but definitely was enjoying the idea.
Has anyone that buys from Evo seen this happen before though? |
