I have a canvas blend cover that's prob over 5 years old and finally got a tear near the front cleats, I wanted to get a piece of canvas, spray the cover with adhesive, then lay the piece on the cover but went with duct tape instead, this solution need only be temporary as it rarely rains in AZ, plus once my old man's solar project has been approved by inspection by the city, we'll build a covered parking spot for the boat, my questions are:

has anyone repaired their covers? what was your experience with the process?

and

where would I get the best deal on a new cover?

Find "sail tape" and use that.
