I just agreed to buy some of the old style Fat Sacs at, what I believe to be a ridiculous price for getting 2 750s and a 1000lbs bow sac.
But now I'm curious, how much better are the ProX sacs than the original Fat Sacs? What is the difference other than material? Are the ProX sacs THAT much better? Do they fill faster?
Any guidance would be appreciated.
(I have not purchased the sacs yet, I have just agreed on the price). |

| Pretty sure 3/4. I guess that means they will fill slower? |

It is all about durability that is the big difference in price. I bought aerial sacks on ebay a while back and they are holding up fine for the most part. I punctured a hole in one but gorilla tape fixed it I am rolling about 2.5 years with them. On my old boat I had a prox triangle and the material was a lot better than the aerial. _________________ There'll be two dates on your tombstone/ And all your friends will read 'em/ But all that's gonna matter is that little dash between 'em... |

| I just upgraded my sacs to the pro x sacs. The new sacs are more compact when empty and easier to handle since there isn't a cover. I don't think the size of the hole would matter on how fast it would fill. |

| The newer fly high stuff is better quality, doesn't need covers, utilize connectors/caps and pumps that are much easier to use. |

I hate those f covers. I can never get the sac straight when filling it, so i never get near to the full capacity. Always such a pain and they get moldy. I'm currently using it and can't wait to lose that thing. PM me and I'll tell you how I really feel. |

If they are older... look at them.. might have a bunch of mildew in them inside the covers etc. covers do suck. We do not even sell the cheaper bags on boardstop anymore. They are just not as good as the pro x stuff. flyhigh makes the best bags on the market and that is why they are OEM on all the major boat companies. I have never put a hold in a pro X bag in all my years. With the other bags I have lost caps, plugs, and popped holes in them. Flyhigh makes every kind of connector and adapter you can think of. _________________ Wakeskating
