STANG KILLA SS, if you had a video it would help. What most people have a problem with when they are learning is trying to throw it off the wake rather than waiting until the peak of their jump to start the rotation. That can cause an off axis rotation.
Or if you are waiting, try to pop more level off the wake, a little more leaning over your toes. _________________ You have just entered the twilight zone. |

I would guess you're still really hard on your HS edge at the top of the wake. Video would be REALLY helpful though. _________________

yeah i knew most times this is caused from spinning off the wake. so a few times i really consintrated on waiting until the peak. and this did giving me a nice smooth slower rotation, but i still landed on my heels and fell.
anything in particular i should doing with my eyes?, shoulders? hips? leg position etc? _________________

hmm, eyes, shoulders, etc, I'm not sure. I think I've heard you're supposed to turn your head but I keep mine facing forward. The rest of everything should be square, you may need to bend forward at the waist more though. _________________ You have just entered the twilight zone. |

| i had this problem, i was pulling to hard on the handle for the pass, just pull a little bit, to much and you'll have to let it out on the landing to keep you from slipping out, i'd say focus on your pass and you'll be fine, and land them down the transition on the other side you'll land them every time, then go as far out as you want |

Video needed X 100.
In the meantime; wait until you feel the pop, pull to your rear hip, turn your head, look at the shore (keeps your head/body level) do the handle pass and ride away.
Additionally, if you are still having problems, make sure you are bending your knees; it will help with the landing. |

i have the opposite problem of being too upright instead of leaning away from the boat, i would much rather have your problem than getting pulled out the front, those falls hurt _________________ Lithic, LLC, my biz

practice them in the flats... do a poped frontside 180 and then do the rest of the 180 on the water surface with the handle pass. practice it slow at first and then do it all in one motion. once you do it wake to wake it feels so easy. _________________ Lake Shelbyville, IL |
