Yesterday, during a scarecrow, I pulled/strained the muscles in my upper right chest - front shoulder. MY arm is in a sling, and it hurts.
I got a solid edge going, then waited for the pop. I made the frontroll no problem, but I think I had the handle near my waist, with my head closer to the boat than the handle.. When I came out of the roll, the handle got ripped towards the boat--- and my arms followed..overstretching my chest/shoulder muscles...Now I might be out for a few weeks..
I guess I need to do the scarecrow a little more s-bend style, or at least keep the handle out in front more and away from my waist.
Anyone have this happen to them? OR does anyone have a suggestion on handle position during crowes/elephants _________________ "Our common welfare as wakeboarders shall come first, placing principles ahead of personalities......" |
