Boat dials are all fogged up

My ski boat's gauge casing are all misted up and need to be cleaned (from the inside). How do I get in there to clean them up so I can see how much gas is left in my tank?! Smile

The gauge has moisture in them. I have heard that you can drill a small hole in the back of the guage to let out the moisture.

** I have not done this but that is what I have been told.
