Will be out on lake anna on saturday, not behind a wake boat though, either behind a ski or a deck boat, but anything to get the season started off, work on some switch and some flat tricks. Will report back

Yessir I got bmocks ronix with some gator ltds. I love lake anna, but don't have a good pull down there. My buddy has a house down there with the deck boat but need to get behind a real boat. I'd look to hook up and ride down. The friend whose family owns the house lives in arlington too and its certainly on my way down there. You know anybody with a good wakeboarding boat that wants some cash to fill their tank?

hahaha, yeah i talked to him about it. I hooked him up on a Phalanx CW-385 the other day!

I have been talking to a lot of really cool people at Lake Anna, and I am sure there would be room for one more. if i set up a trip down there I will let you know, maybe we can just meet up and ride down together. there is a guy thats in Baltimore that is in town for work, he is a pretty solid rider and will be heading out there as well. maybe we can all get together for drinks sometime, its hard to find riders in this area

Would love to meet some new riders pan and burbo, I'm always down to throw cash for gas and once I get my boat, will be willing to take your cash for my gas. I don't know anyone but me and my fiancee who are into riding around here. So I'd like to network as much as possible. Going to send you both pm's.

took a short set yesterday - probably 10 minutes or so,water temp about 45 degrees air temp just over 50 - it was a first run of the season with a new board, kept everything low key on account of the temps - windy and there was a fishing tournament so a lot of traffic as well- everything went pretty smooth with the boat, the crew and the riding - need it to warm up a bit more - drysuit, shower and heater also worked great....

We've only had the jet skis out so far, water isn't to bad here though. I'm heading to A-Basin for a week to catch the last of the spring snow before it melts (and gaper day lol) Next weekend after I get back, pulling my boat out, giving it a tune up and whatnot. Might go out and pull a few sets Sun. if everything works out right. Be pretty bad a$$ to go from slashing snow Thurs. to cuttin wakes on Sun. Mr. Green

I finally got out last weekend. Just behind the ski. I started behind a ski learning and used to love it. After a full boat season (even with an i/o) jet ski riding just doesn't compare. I was playing tug of war with the ski the whole time. Riding closed toe bindings was a bit of an adjustment, as was riding a board without a center fin. That being said I think it went pretty well. The water was glass and it was just good to get out again.

its alot harder to get up when you are a big guy like me, jet ski has a hard time pulling me out of the water w/ a driver and a spotter. Also when you edge you drastically effect the speed of the jet ski forcing the driver to accelerate a lot. Plus no wake. Very convenient, but its just not the same.

Spotter?? that sounds more challenging to ride than behind a boat. I love to drive jetskis though:)

Yeah i am used to towing w/ out a spotter on the ski, but I got a ticket for it and it cost me like $100. So now we use a spotter, which makes the ski work that much harder.

Yes I did, was so polite to the cops dropped a name very casually who had been in their graduating academy class and they still hit me with a ticket and fine! I was not a happy camper, I don't like law enforcement.
