So I am to the point where I'm sick of only have 8 gigs of music on my phone, so I wanna get a iPod classic 160GB. I'd prefer to get it used with warranty if theres a place that does that kind of thing. I'm amazed the iPods haven't gone down much in price over the years.

The warranty part is going to hurt your chances. The only place I know of is the Apple store, I think they have a sale/refurb section. I know some people really hate buying refurbished gear, but the warranty helps with that. And if that still isn't enough to allay your concerns, I bought two iPods from that store (despite being a vehement Apple hater for my whole life) and neither has had any problems after a few years.

The Apple Store lists the iPod Classic in it's refurbished section, but it's grayed-out. Your best best may be getting a 64GB iPod touch. I think that GameStop may sell some iPod Classics, but I don't know about a warranty.
