Seeing as I can't remember what trick is what ever I decided to put all the flip/spin variations down on a chart. I've searched every trick list I can find and I still can't find the names of all the tricks. Post if you see anything out of place or have anything to add.

What is the difference between an Iron Cross and a Wrecking Ball?

Nice Chart! wakeboarder.com has a pretty extensive trick list if you haven't checked there yet. This is a great Idea, I'll fill in any blanks I know once I get home from work.

Thanks, every trick from your list is accounted for. According to logic there should be more than 500 trick names so I think most of them haven't been named yet.

Tantrum+FS 3 (w/nose grab): Billion Dollar Baby, invented by Bob Soven

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SyCbUuGH2uw

classic bob!

Also, as mentioned in the video, the tantrum to fakie is now commonly called the "moneymaker". I even heard Danno use that term at the last stop of the Gravel Tour this weekend.

Also, according to this:

http://www.wakeboarder.com/tricks/inverts.phtml

"Mexican Roll: A Heelside Backroll where the rider throws his head and body down instead of to the side. It was named after Andrea Gaytan, a former female professional rider from Mexico. It's normally considered an uglier version of a Backroll, but it's the rotation style used for a Roll To Blind or KGB. It's sometimes referred to incorrectly as a heelside Front Roll."

i.e. there is no such thing as a HS front roll. It's a Mexican roll, which you already have on your chart.

It says a mexican roll is a heelside back roll done as a front flip (front hand on the bar), just like if you were doing a kgb. It's till a back rotation relative to your direction of travel. When I say Hs front roll I mean like a front mobe without the fs3.

Good find, so first to land it on film gets to name it? Are there any other hand change tricks like that already named?

Ya, I understand, but I would rather you not call it a HS front roll because that sounds like it's an entirely different basic invert, which it isn't. There is no HS front roll. But hey, it's your list.

A hs front roll is a totally different basic invert than a mexican roll, if what I am refering to is not called a front roll then what is it called? Front flip? What if it is not fully inverted? because according to the list: Crow Mobe: A toeside front roll with frontside 360. So how is it possible to do it from ts but not hs?

This has to stop. What's wrong with tantrum to fakie? There are way too many goofy names to remember.

I really don't know. It's confusing to me as well, but that seems to be the case. If you think about the rotation of a TS front roll and project it onto the heel side, you'll find that the closest thing to a HS front roll is probably the tantrum (i.e. flipping straight over your heelside edge).

TheHebrewHammer, Slacker, The trick you are thinking about (a Front Mobe/Slim Chance without the FS 360) is a HS Frontflip. As said there is no HS Frontroll, that is a Mexican backroll. A HS Frontflip is like a cartwheel.

Not sure if you all were confused on that or just the organization of the chart, because it is kinda confusing to me, but a nice idea

Changed it around a little, got rid of the flip / roll rows. Now if a trick has a flip version it is in green

Yes, this is what I'm trying to say.
