And my heel flip is, i get the board around all the way mostly but im stumped of how u can stop it from flinging away, and when i try 2 kick away less the board doesnt even flip. Please help. |

for the kickflip as the board finishes the rotation stop it with your back foot and your front foot lands on it right after.
for the heel flip it sounds like your not draging your heel close enough to the corner of the board and that can cause the board to be kicked away. |

For heelflips. this is what worked for me. at first i was stumped on how to land them and couldnt get my feet on the board, and most of the time i was scared of flipping it up and getting popstickled. but try this. back foot on the tail, front foot about halfway up and slanted on an angle tow more forward and hanging off. now when u ollie really pop down but instead of thinking about the spin think about sliding your foot up and getting a great ollie. with your feet off the edge when you ollie hard it shouldnt be much work getting your foot off and just spinning it. your feet should land right above the board. this worked for me Just Focus on ollie not spin.
