Hey everyone i was just wondering for all the people who have likes on there towers, which ones work the best and how good do they realy work. Could you actually wakeboard when it was pitch black and still be able to see.

Great question Adam. On a dark night with little moon I have not seen any that give a good view of the wake your landing on. We resell the Mako Lights and I've seen many others on the water and not one can really "light up the night".
Anyone have any secret sauce that really get's the job done. I've heard it's illegal if you get caught

The little lights that come on most light bars, although cool, don't work too well. Boss sells the high intensity KC style lights. Those work great, but as Monster said, I'm pretty confident they're illegal. Then again, what are they going to do?? Arrest you for being too bright.

tITAN LIGHTS WORK THE BEST.... sorry for the caps they have a special reflect built into the casing to deflect the light out in front of you.
I have a boss 7 light bar and doesnt light up as good as the Titans.........
Those Boss high intensities are extremely bright

I saw a pic a while ago of a guy that put a 7 light bar hanging from his tower facing backwards... I 5 light bar facing front, then a 5 light bar on each side of the tower(vertically) facing backwards... I wonder if that lit up the night?

I have the boss 7 light bar and it doesn't work well when it is really dark. We use the lights for loading the boat back on the trailer after its dark.

I'd have to say the sun . Sorry guys, I'm not much help here. I have heard spotlights work the best, but nothing works that great.

I've got the Skylon Skylight Bar and it works pretty good as far as lighting up the wake. It works really good for trailering or getting into a stall in the marina at night.

| I agree with VDrive the Titan are by far the best I have friends with all types of lights (Mako, Boss, Skylon) and the Titan's by far light up the night. Because they have the internal deflector in them the light is controlled.

I would go for the boss high intensity lights they are similar to the million candle power spotlights if you position them right you will be able to see.
