You should be able to fill the holes with an epoxy resin. _________________ If love is blind, why is lingerie so popular? |

| Just a quick note. I tried some epoxy that said it was water proof and it basically fell right off after my first set. So you may want to be sure of what you're buying. |

Its a fiberglass board so why not use fiberglass resin? My wife accidentally dropped our community board *doh* and now I have to fix a sizeable chip. I planned on drizzling fiberglass resin over it and letting it set. I dont know if anyones tried that, but thats my plan.. _________________ Today is a chance to become a greater person than the person we were the day before. |

| yeah fiberglass resin will work. i drilled like 8 1 inch diameter holes in an old board and patched all of them with fiberglass and it has about 2 hours of ride time including sliders and kickers with the patches and still no sign or weakness. |

Probably a little overkill but works great when fixing a chunk out of a Wake Surf board.

All the above stuff (epoxy, resins, etc.) will work but make sure you PREP the area your repairing or it will come off. That means lightly sand and clean with a degreaser like acetone.
