| Does the LF Witness Grind come with the removable center fin? I've seen that the normal LF Witness does but what about the Witness Grind? |

Actually, no it does not if it is the newest one. The 2011 (black) does not even have any holes for fins, but the 2010 (blue stripey looking thing) does have holes for fins and comes with the fins.
In my opinion, there is absolutely no need for fins with this board. The shape of the 2011 and 2011 is exactly the same and they have molded in fins on the sides, so adding a center fin is overkill and not necessary. |

| Also to clarify, the 2011 non-grind base witness does have holes for fins I believe. But still, don't use fins. |

Unless you're finding a better deal on the grind, or you plan on hitting docks/buoys, whatever else behind your boat on the regular, I would just get the normal base. _________________ Keep Austin Weird |

| Ive never tried any of that but you never know if I will some day so I would get the grind base just incase, but does the grind base have a negative effect on my boat riding compared to the non-grind base? |

For 2011 the grind base definately does not have an option for a center fin. I have it and so do several of my friends and it's one of the greatest boards and you will never want to use the center fin, no one does.
The standard base can handle some standard rail riding. If your hitting the cable every week go grind, if just a few times a season your fine with the standard base.
I Love this Board! |

Are the transit boots that come in the package with the witness good? |

The transits are awesome bindings. The dual lace system really gets your foot locked in and secure. Very comfortable. |

| The transits are nice but I bought the package, sold the transits on eBay for $200 and bought 2010 ronix ones for 275. I got lucky and found them in black, could have bought them in white for even less. The Ones are arguably the best boot in the market if your willing to play the game. |

does te Witness grind have smaller molded fins than the regular model?

| Sorry if I'm too late, but I'd get the grind base in any case. The resale is going to be much easier, specially for such a "cable board" like the witness. imo. |
