ive tried the phone number under support, claims its disconnected, ive emailed them with no response, ive looked up rider and founders names on google to try and get contact info, i just want to ask them a few questions about a board why are they so unreachable?!? does anyone know anyone who works for them i can get in touch with?

I have not talked to anyone at company since Nov/Dec. If you have problems the warranty on your product is not going to happen. find some closeout gear and stock up on spare parts.

no i had a question i wanted answered, i wanted to know how far in the sidewalls go at the end of the board before the pvc and wood core starts on a 2009 severance. i wanted to shorten the board but 3/4 of an inch on each side but dont want to compromise the core. looking at the holes drilled for the fins it looks like its just that plastic material a good way in from the tips but i dont know for sure
