|
| I have an 06 model Liquid force team 139 with the old green and white alpha bindings. One of the bindings has started kinda coming apart this year so im gonna have to get some new ones.. I want something similar to the old alphas. I like the comfort and support they gave. I like a thick footpad. I need some suggestions as to what will fit the board and fit similar the the old alphas with the F.A.S.T. adjustment system. Thanks for any help |

I can't help but I'm trying to get my knowledge base up so I thought it would be a good idea to hear the suggestions as well.
Hope we get a reply! _________________ "We all make choices, but can't all make money." - The Wealthy Affiliate review |

Bindings have changed quite a bit since '06. In '09 the industry standard went from an 8" base to a 6" base. When combining pre '09 gear with '09 or newer it is hit or miss. Usually the older bindings will fit on the newer boards (and vise versa) but you may find your stance options reduced.
If you're looking for something to fit your '06 LF Team check out the Transits, Vantage, or open toe Shanes. There are still plenty of old stock leftovers available online.
EDIT: Oh, and I think LF even used a 7" baseplate for one year (2008?)
EDIT AGAIN: And I think CWB stayed with an 8" baseplate.
Confused yet? |

| Im having trouble finding the right size too. I wear a size 10 shoe, seems like everything is to small. Im lookin at some 2007 or 2008 transit bindings. will they fit? Everything is too small. I can find small ones onlne all day but none in 10. i like the open toe designs most. thanks |

| the only thing i can find in my size is a pair of 2007 transits for 200 bucks. theres 2008 size 5-7 and 7-9 all over the place for decent price. But i cant find crap in my size. I did find a pair of 2008 transits in size 10-11 for 178 bucks. But i feel they would be a little big. I typically where size 10 shoes, sometimes 9 1/2. The danner boots i have on are 9 1/2. Whats the opinions? |
