Hey Guys,
I'm a female rider from Vancouver BC, Canada who's been at it for about 8 years and serious about taking it to a new level. I'd like to ask if there were any job opportunities with wakeboard camps or schools anyone could suggest?
I am planning to move to Florida to pursue my passion for the wakeboarding and other water sports. Currently I compete up here (yes its cold) and going to Canadian Nationals In august but as you know wakeboarding and summer are both minimal up here compared to Orlando haha. I've already emailed a couple wakeboarding camps and just waiting for a response. But If there is any advise or better ways to go about this situation I'm all ears!!!
Maybe someone has been in the same situation before?
Okay thanks guys !!! |

Planning on becoming a US Citizen as well? Other wise you're going to need a work Visa and they aren't easy to get. I have friends in Kingston Ontario because I live soo close to Canada, they've tried to work over here and couldn't obtain one.
Might wanna look into things a bit more, before you make the move. But good luck if you can get down there, nice weather year round. I snowboard and snowmobile to get through our winter doldrums. _________________ 2010 Glastron GT 205XL ( Volvo 4.3L GL-J)

| I think Performance Ski and Surf is usually looking for cool people. It's not a camp and it might not be full time but at least you'll be around the right people and make some contacts. |

Check out the cable parks in Florida also. Of course you've got OWC in Orlando and then McCormick's in Tampa and Rixen in Ft Lauderdale and Revolution in Ft Myers.
All the best camps are around Orlando though, not really in the city. |
