I just took my first couple sets with my Hyperlite Systems with the Kobalt boots. Definetly a weird feeling at first but the enhanced board control is instantly noticeable. Near the end of my third set I caught a bit of a front edge on a toeside invert and it really tweeked my ankle since the bindings have no release. I was just wondering if anybody riding these have had any serious injuries yet?
I've been meaning to ask this too. I'd be worried that with the ankles locked down so tight, all the twist would go to the knees, leading to some nasty ACL/PCL/meniscus injuries. How long before someone sues Hyperlite and wins $30 million ? _________________ rally to the wake
