I WAS JUST WONDERING WHO IS GOING TO BROSTOCK THIS YEAR. IT IS GOING TO BE AT BULL SHOALS LAKE, AR ON JUNE 24-26. JUST RESERVED MY ROOM AT BEL-ARCO RESORT A FEW WEEKS AGO. ITS GONNA BE A BLAST.

This website also has some information. I believe the closest airport is Branson, Mo. It is about 73 miles and an hour and a half drive to the cove where it all takes place.

I love table rock. I went there a lot as a kid and reunited with it last year. Im spending the week there on the 4th this year.

just curious to see how far people are traveling for this. Im coming from oklahoma city area and it will be about a 5 to 6 hour trip. I'm soo stoked for this.

Yeah, I think it was up to 21' over regular pool when it peaked out. Record level. Looks like it's down to about 15' over now. This is Kimberling City Marina. If you're familiar with the big bridges out there (Shell Knob and Kimberling City), the water was barely just under the bottom of those bridges.

Brostock has updated their website with riders and a schedule of events. Looks like nothing is going on sunday? My boat was taken away this week so I had to rent a john boat from bull shoals lake boat dock. haha Im looking forward to boarding behind it. I bet it will throw a massive wake if I can figure out how to tie the rope to it. Cool

What is going to be funny is if they do a video and all these nice boats are tied to each other and then you have the john boat. haha I don't care I'm going.

Ya I went through some financial hardship in the past couple of year that forced me into bankrupcy. The lawyer told me to do a volentary repo. I told them to come get the boat in October 2010 and they just now sent someone to pick it up. Crying or Very sad

You live and learn right.

They say the happiest day of a guys life is the day they get a boat, and the second happiest day is the day they get rid of it........NOT TRUE!!!

If someone REALLY REALLY wants to give me a pull behind their boat at brostock....I guess I will let them. haha. Just look for a retard in a john boat.

Im lucky when i'm here in okc I have a friend who has a supra that throws a nice wake.

Ill look for you. I grew up in new madrid county mo and we played baseball all the time in Western KY. I go out with Okieboarder now all the time and was suppost to go to texoma on memorial day weekend but it fell through. Ive heard okieboarder talk about your boat before. Were you at Texoma on Memorial Day? Small world.

we were gonna be there friday morning too but childcare fell through for the morning time so we will leave branson mo about 12:30 for bull shoals. I dont think there is anything going on friday morning anyway.

By the time we get there, get the boat ready and packed, it'll be late afternoon, so hopefully we'll get to party a little.

WOW!!!!!! All I can say is if you didn't go to Brostock this year, you have to figure a way to get there next year. Just a little advice, take off work the monday after. Good times and unforgetable memories. Congrats to Adam Fields.
