From what i've heard from people who own a Pro V and have riden behind a Super Air, they prefer the Super Air over their Pro V. For the Reaons that jumalian, mentioned above.

jumalian, You should really try it. I am sure that you have heard about the pro-v on this forum but you can't beat the size, ballast, and wake for the money. It is probably the only boat on the market that is fun to ride with just the factory ballast.

Mastercraft X-Star/X-2 (by the tiniest bit over the SANTE)
Nautique SANTE
Supra Launch SSV
Malibu VLX

Calair03, I'm always down to check out new boats. Here's what I firmly believe though. No ballast is enough in ANY boat. All "wakeboard boats" need additional weight. I've heard people that's ridden the Pro-V say that yes, it needed more weight. What do I know though, I've never ridden behind one.
When I come back down to NorCal, maybe we can hook up, and you can hook me up w/ a pull behind the Pro-V.

I agree that all boatsw need more weight as well, the pro-v included, but it is the only boat I have ever ridden behind that was pretty good with just factory ballast.

forwaken,
Your boat was good too but it still needs a little weight to be huge.

| I lOVE my Tige. It's a 93 and throws a great wake when you have 8 people in the boat. Looking into Fat sacs when I don't have 8 people. I rode behind a 1984 ski Nautique and it had am amazing wake with little weight. Super solid and super clean. Never seen anything like it since. I tried to buy it but he wouldn't sell. When I get some pics I'll throw em up.
