How bigs your tramp? If its a gym tramp then that your problem, but if its a bigger one then maybe you need some guts?

Are you jumping with the rope tied to anything, if not you should because this steadys you out a bit, and i think 14ft tramps dont have as much spring in them.

I can throw tantrums on my 14' tramp. What helped me was first standing flat on the tramp and doing a backflip a few times before I started trying to jump up and flip. Make sure you are jumping up and not back. tie your rope up to a tree and when u flip keep the handle close to ur hip.

what happens when you throw the tantrum?? not enough rotation? or you run out of room?
If you can do a raley then you are gettin enough bounce from the tramp. Jump up and throw your head and arms back back and spot your landing. After you get the tantrum, try backrolls

I reckon front rolls are way easier, i can't back flip but i can hs front flip so maybe try a front roll. And like johnny said if you can do raleys you should be easiely able to do inverts.

I don't get to try schizzle on trampolines much. The other day i went to my friends trampoline and took the ski rope. I can do backrolls fine. I was practicing my 540's and i landed off balance and i was trying to pull myself away from the edge of the tramp and I just walked right off the side and F***** up my wrist. It still hurts and I did it Friday. I thought it was broke... Laughing
