I have a pair of Murrays with the Teflon wire tightening system.. thingy.. well the wire system busted on one boot and it was out of warranty so I basically have one broke and one useless boot. Thing is that it's almost been a year and I still haven't done anything with them.
I feel guilty throwing them away so I'm wondering what do yous guys do with old boots? I guess I could take them apart and use them as weights for my legs or something.
Are you talking about the BOA system? Did just the cable break? Some snowboard boots are still using this system. I bet you could get replacement cables, dials, etc from a shop. Or go to BOA directly.
