So I've seen threads in the past where someone has asked which to get, an Indo board or a Bongo board. In one a people told the person to get an indo board, but he'd already ordered the bongo and then didn't post an update.

Does anyone have both? I want the one most suited to wakeboard muscle conditioning. I've used the indo board before but not the bongo. Yet the bongo looks like it would be more similar to wakeboarding as it allows toe-heal movement and rotation.

Sorry, wish I could help. I honestly don't know the difference between the two types of boards.

I've never used a bongo board. With the indo board, you can get the flo balance cushion that allows for movement in all directions.

Honestly, I don't think they'll be a HUGE difference. I've never used a bongo board but the only difference I see is the shape/size of the deck (and they might be a bit cheaper than an indo board) and that the bongo board has a groove, limiting your movement options.

If it helps, I've had my indo board for probably 4 years now and it's still going strong after lots of use and abuse. I have the classic, big, oval shaped one and it gives you some options as to what you can do on it (you can walk it to noseride, kneel, do spins, shuvits, etc.). You also have the option of getting different shaped decks (or making your own) which you don't on the bongo.

The indo is a bit more expensive (i got mine used and cheap!) but really, you can make your own balance board for cheap, just a big PVC pipe and a piece of wood with griptape on it and you're good to go.

Well I bought the bongo board. Couldn't pass on the price that I found one for... I WILL update on the differences/similarities between the two.
