My father-in-law has decided to keep his boat (Cobalt 232) in a slip this summer and wants to get a lift for it. Anyone have recommendations (or warnings) for particular brands or styles? Or pitfalls to watch out for?
It will need to be a floating lift, since the boat is on a lake where the water elevation will fluctuate. And he'll use a local dealer, not install something ourselves. (If anyone wants to recommend an installer in the Hot Springs, AR area, that would be welcome, too.)
(And yes, I searched past posts but didn't find very much.)
