Yeah I've seen that but I need something around a 133 cause I'm a small guy. I'm also on a budget.

I think I'm going with 10 Sovens or Watsons and 2011 Witness grind.

I think you'll be ok with that setup. The 2010 Hyperlite bindings have a 6" spread and I think any LF boards 2009 and later will match. 6" is (hopefully) going to be the industry standard moving forward with a few exceptions to the rule.
