What up I'm moving to the bay area in June and would like to know the average water temp of the Delta. Is a wetsuit needed year round? Thanks

A wetsuit (or drysuit would be recommended between November-March). The delta water is snow melt but has traveled a long ways by the time it hits the delta proper. Up north it can be cool but in the Disco Bay area it is like a typical warm lake experience. Range is probably 45-80.

board shorts only pretty much from April - November on average.
