I'm trying to get my grab on at cable but it is very difficult. Sometimes I get it but I feel like my arm is being pulled out of the socket. I saw footage and it looks like I'm grabbing too late but if I let go earlier the pressure is pretty crazy. Any tips? |

One hand is going for the grab, the other is holding onto the handle. The arm holding the handle feels the pressure I'm not sure if I can make it simpler than that.
The pressure from the scoop means that I need 2 hands on the handle to get in the air. By the time I'm ready to got for the grab I'm already extended.
I have no troubles getting them off the kicker. |

For future reference, I was letting the handle out too far on the scoop. Keep those arms in to the hip people! |
