SICK! I've always wanted to try out Humanoid boards. Almost got one instead of my Slingshot. What did you think of them? And I'm glad to see Charlie in there, he's a funny dude. _________________ Keep Austin Weird |

Thanks a lot guys!
savage3221, yeah Charlie is a cool guy. His boat has been at the shop for a little while so he's been going out with us for the past couple weekends. As far as the board goes, lets just say I might make it my main board. It's a really fun board to ride and has a lot of nice features to it. It cuts well whether it's a normal cut of raley cut even though the edge is extremely thick on the rails. I thought it was going to be a bad thing but it didn't affect the cut in any way. The ends of the board are probably the thinnest I've ever seen and reduces the swing weight to next to nothing. The landings are crazy soft, much like a SlingShot but even softer since the board is really wide and the double concave on the base helps quite a bit. I took up a massive 911 last weekend and the landing was cake... I was really impressed after that. It's a really fun board for sure... I normally hit a powerslide on the turnarounds and with this, it's easy as hell to get right up on the tail-tip and slice through the water... best feeling I've ever had on a board in all the years of riding for sure! |

Daaaaaaaamn, so basically it offers me the few things that I felt my SS was missing. Some hull variation to break up the water for landings would be very nice. And it would be helpful in chop as well. I Might have a new xmas wish.. _________________ Keep Austin Weird |
