| Think 'pop first', let the nose rise up and go with the vertical pop, wait on it longer and you will get a stronger release. Then throw into the frontroll. |

yep yep.
On the technical side of things, watch how the pros release for ts fronts, scarecrows, elephants, they put a lot more lean into their edge to build up the line tension, ..more power to you if you can control that release but thats how they take them so gigantic.. Build up that line tension by standing tall toeside and you can get launched. |

| when i was doing them this weekend id cut in as hard as i could and as tall as i could and would throw them and then my friend told me to do it like a backroll more where you dont edge so hard and then i got higher and almost landed them |

| Sounds like you stand tall too much. You need to stand tall but let off of your edge as you get to the wake. You pretty much hit the wake coming off edge. I start out way wide, charge like crazy then let up at the bottom of the wake right at the peak I lean into it just a little extra and it throws me up and over. DO NOT tuck your head down. Explode up and over not down. |
