i have been doing wakeboarding for about 8 weeks. i am very comfortable going with my right foot in front (goofy) and i am getting used to going regular. i do more cable skying than behind a boat. i want to know what would be a good first trick for me to do. i would also like to know if i am ready to go on a slider or go off a ramp. thanks [/b]
first trick i would think would be either a butterslide or a 180. The butterslide is pretty simple. You can eitehr do it on teh boats wake or just in flat water, either one. You just have to turn ur board sideways and lean back. And Hitting kickers(ramps) is really easy, especially small ones. What cable do u ride at. AT owc and ski rixen you can always just ask either the cable operators(they usually are pretty cool and helpful) or other good riders what kicker/slider to hit first or whatever, good luck. _________________ ow thats gonna hurt tomorrow

grabs are pretty simple to do, but i would have to agree with wakerider on going with th butterslide first. Just make sure u lean back or u will face plant. It happened to me last year and i ended up with 3 stitches above my eye. _________________ Life is just a dream on your way to death. So board all you can and be the best out there!
i faceplanted on my buttlerslide attempts...i just got a good gash to the head from my board.....its still worth it ....just lean back......back back back _________________ Just lookin for something.
