Where does the hyaline cartilage come from to assist during the bone fracture repair? hyaline cartilage transforms into the bone callus during the bone fracture repair. is it the same cartilage that is formed in the epiphyses of the long bones?

well specialized cells (fibroblast) differentiate into chondroblasts which then lay down the new cartilage matrix. the cartilage matrix is then replaced with bone. this is called endochondrial ossification.
