lighter, with a more lively pop. not much you'll notice unless you're a pretty advanced rider.

Yeah, I have been riding mine now for a good year. Coming from the 04' Parks hyperlite (Its the Ferrari of wakeboards)..this board is a almost a exact replica but with a few new tweeks. The biggest change is the WEIGHT my old board felt like it weighed 30 lbs but the new one with ONE bindings is like 12 lbs. Every time someone else puts my board in there boat they say WOW! your board is so light! This board is the same as the Ibex just a little more cool. It has CRAZY pop and slides and spins easlily but also hooks up on edge and takes off fast! Its very black and stealthy looking and has a secret piezo light on it (the pyramid) that lights up when you land in the flats but can only be seen at low sun or at night time..and I ride at night alot (NO FRICKEN TUBERS OUT, LOL). All I can say is BUY IT! the one bindings are also the best boot I have ever strapped on. Go for it. Jet
HANDCRAFTED AT OUR LAB - RADAR LAKE... ITALIAN IMPORTED BLANKS.
Fabricated of a hybrid carbon/glass weave and machined out of our new Dark core blank - up to 20% lighter than our other secret squirrel concoction. The Dark core has a 3 month cooking time before all of the properties have totally cured and machined into a blank. This type of material is now common in big ships because it always wants to recoil to its original structure. This added energy means a board will want to maintain its rocker line thru a transition, trough of the wake, and impacts on landings more so than a traditional construction. A stiffer, lighter, alternative, demanding core setting the standards for riders looking for the most refined creation available. Our team has spent the past couple years tweaking the flex, while our engineers made sure it was stronger than any other construction. More than just another core – our team swears by it

| da Liks, when the board gets a sudden flex, the piezoelectric gauge in the board senses it and blinks a light in the rear of the board. Just a tiny light, nothing special, just kinda cool seeing a light on your board. Otherwise, useless.

yeah, i rode the normal ibex for about two months, (bettween my hyperlite motive and ronix one) i realy liked how fast the ibex cuts for a three stage, but imm a little lanky so the shorter and wider board didnt suit me all that well, and yeah im riding the one boots too and love em. my friend is getting the 11 ronix reliks which are only like 1.6lbs and he was thinking about selling his ibex and gettin the pbv2.Jet, have you ridden the dhv2?

Hey does anybody know where I could find a DHV2 138, I have looked EVERYWHERE and cannot find one. If someone could help me that would be awesome because I am having to replace my old board and when I found out about the dark core series and test rode one I decided that I wouldn't get ANY other board other than the DHV2. I have called over 50 stores that do business with ronix and everyone is out. If someone could please help me find one I would be sooo greatful, even if someone has a used one that they don't want anymore, so long as it's in excellent condition. I realize it's an expensive board but am willing to pay the price if someone could just PLEASE get ahold of one or find one.....

Hey if you dont end up finding one id try a 2011 One ATR. Their supposed to have a little more carbon fiber than the regular plus they have the slider base. Between the 2009 Dvh2 and a 2011 One ATR. I seriously dont think you'll notice any difference as far as weight and stiffness go. The 2010 and 2011 ronix gear is super light and stiff with their new board layups. Good luck tho.
