I'm building a semi-auto ballast system into my 99 Sunsetter VLX so I don't have to play with the stand alone pumps any more.

I have 3 questions...

1. Is it OK if I Tee into the Raw Water line that runs from the output of the V-Drive transmission to the Raw Water Impellar... I plan to fill
the system when either running at idle, or while the engine is off. Can anybody think of any problems with this approach.

2. Does anybody know where malibu gets the factory tanks they use on the Wakesetters? I'm trying to get away from having the sacs in the back and would like to get the factory tanks... I've looked at using the plastic fuel tanks, but I think I might have a problem fitting them back there.

3. Has anyone relocated the battery to the front, under the observer's seat? I'd like to get more room in the rear compartment.

Thanks!
