Hey what is the trick called when someone is riding cable on the flats and they turn very fast and fly up? without a ramp or anything

can be about anything bro.. just a different technique of getting air! i cant do it yet..

They are called "air tricks." An air raley is probably the easiest one to learn.

no, thats just 1 of the tricks you can do by catching air "the cable way"..
