Bindings come loose

Hey Guys,
I have some new CWB Answer bindings but the little plastic thing that you push down to tighten the string keeps coming loose-it's as if the teeth on the inside are worn out already. Anyone ever bought new ones? I've no idea where to get one...You can see the little plastic thing on the right one in this pic

Call CWB. They will probably replace it for free.
