This is soooo funny... Duuude, I am sure you have a lot of fun, but your fundamentals are ALL wrong. You cand even hold your edge toeside, and end up planting your face on the h2o... _________________

Am I missing out on an unspoken joke here or something?
Dude comes on to ask for help and everyone rips him? Something isn't adding up here. I don't recall this being what wb.com is about.
Nobody has anything to say other than, "Go look at learnwake and don't even think about asking any more questions until you have completely torn yourself down"?

I'm with pet575 on this one. Just stick with it. Look up some videos on youtube to see how the pros, etc. do it and roll with that. Eventually you naturally start feeling more comfortable on the board, the videos will just help you to ease into good form. We all started out at some point in time, and half the battle is learning to let the boat do most of the work. Also, this is the first post that I have ever seen people ripping on someone asking for help.. Don't let this post ruin the site for you. |

Which one are we spose to help, all of 'em looked like they need advise in some area or another? I watched most of it, got a good laugh. I'm laughing with you guys not at you, because I was there not too many years ago.
Try to post a little focused video of your riding, and ask specific questions. Example Post a vid of your toeside cut, and ask what is wrong with that cut. I like watching crashes but not 6 minuets of them. It will help you get better answers. _________________

| I think it has something to do with the topic creator posting this same video in a few different forums. In general wakeboarding he put it in a thread titled sick wakeboarding vid, must see. or something like that...
Did nobody but me notice that his faceplant was while riding switch? He does really need to work on his fundamentals a lot still though. If you can't even w2w nicely, you shouldn't be trying any tricks.. |

I hate to pile on here, but...the thread subject made it sound like a "request for help" thread, but it was a promo video for he and his boys. Lame. |

try just getting some practice edging, you seem to cut in to suddenly, carve out as far as you can, level off then let the boat pull you back towards the wake adn pretend to sit down in a chair as your edging, level off right before the wake and stand up. try shortening the rope untill you get you w2w's consistent. but props for having some balls and actually trying stuff for not having alot of experience. by the way, whats the boat. |

1001 things wrong with this video and only one thing was right, made me laugh. But yea like everyone else said, learn the fundamentals, dont even bother trying w2w until u can edge properly and in order for u to go w2w u had the rope at like 25' haha. and deff no tantrums for a while mate. _________________ mounger25 wrote:

That looks like you guys were having too much fun.
I wish I was able to start boarding when I was that young.
I liked the video and it made me laugh. Don't let these haters bring you down. _________________ Tow Bitch:
