I was looking for a suitable vehicle to replace my leased '07 Tundra. I found this gem. '00 TJ Wrangler Sahara with only 67k on the clock. Its really growing on me. Very Happy

No issues with the short wheelbase? As a lifelong Jeep owner, my experiences with towing anything more than a small trailer was not fun.

I have my jeep at work today...doors off, top off. Why does yours still have all of its clothing on? Get that Jeep naked bro!

ctgretzky99, seems fine so far. No issues with towing my little runabout.

As for the top and doors, its still nearly 100 degrees here every day so I'm enjoying the Jeeps A/C. But I'll still be wakeboarding in December. Laughing

Bah! Been near the same temps here with 90% humidity. Turn your Jeep card in, please. Razz

Just busting chops.

Is your Jeep sitting outside of your air-conditioned workplace? 'Cause I work outside 8-10 hours a day, I'll take my A/C when and where I can get it. Especially to and from work. Shocked

You don't wakeboard in December? Turn in your wakeboarder card please. Laughing

I cant wakeboard in december...Unles they could find a way to fill/thaw all the slews in sinter and then warm up the whole area from -30:P in other words, go to hell.

Having towed my boat around with a cherokee I can tell you this... It will work as long as you have the 4.0 straight 6 but the jeep won't be happy. I would recommend something with a v-8 and a longer wheelbase

I made it to Nov. 14th last year Very Happy Snowed 10 days later so I went straight from wake to snowboarding. Took a late spring trip to Breck, and had to wait about 6-7 weeks to get on the lake, so not much down time for me at all Cool

Nice Jeep Dave, I'm surprised that short wheel base is working for you though. I use a Dakota ext. cab and it's terrible on windy days, boat pulls the truck around pretty bad. Borrowed my brothers '05 Tundra last weekend, and it was a joy to pull with.
