New Setup Question

I'm Looking to get a new setup and I'm not sure about what I want. I'm riding a One right now w/ One Boots. The One is delaminating really badly and my boots just ripped, so I guess its time to sac up. I put on slider fins and really like the loose feel, so I want something with molded fins and a three stage rocker. I guess I'm looking for something in between a Parks (the board I rode before the One) and the One. I've ridden a Watson and really liked it. How does the Watson Hybrid Compare, and what other boards should I look at? As for boots, I have no idea, but want something that is at least a little stiff. I loved my Ones, but if they are going to rip, I'd rather get something that will last. Thanks for your help in advance!
