|

I injured my knee about 2 weeks back. Nothin big happened, but it gave me pain whenever I rode. Now, it still hurts and I've been RICEing it for the past couple of days. The pain is in the bottom right of the right knee and is only their when I twist or put alot of weight on that leg. Should I stop riding, and should I get a knee brace?
Also, Im going to a lake house for a week so what are some tips for someone who's going to ride a bigger wake for a week? Mainly boat v cable tips in general. |

| If your hurt I would rest it. If you don't you could be out for a long time |

More importantly.. go to the doctor/specialist.. He will pull on it in a few ways and tell you whats up. An X-ray will tell you nothing.. MRI + doc = answer.
I partially tore my ACL before the final tear.. and I could ride with it. I rode all last summer without an ACL and used a brace. Lets put it this way.. look at what I have been dealing with to fix it: http://forums.wakeboarder.com/viewtopic.php?t=85529&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0 _________________ I wakebaord, wakeskate,do anythign stupid, hurt others and have fun doign it. |
