Does anyone know what the riddle is on the 2010 Ronix Bill board? I've been racking my brains out trying to figure out what it means.

I think he means the new Bill wakeboard, the one that replaced the arcade by bill board from previous years |

If your talking about the toe strap its because it was almost the same design as that other binding they offer (name leaves me for the moment) so they added it just to make more of a "difference".
