My 11 yr old (be 12 next week) got up the first time on Memorial Day Weekend and has been hooked since. He is crossing the waked toeside and heelside easily and has started "popping" off the wake to catch some air. That being said, I'm ready to get him a good board (especially since the Hydroslide cheapo combo's bindings broke Sunday) I'd like to stay around $300 for a combo package. He wears an adult size 8 shoe. Any help/opinion is greatly appreciated. I'm just ticked off because he's more confident on a board than I am because he gets all the water time LOL!!

He's a linebacker, not a running back at 5'3" 150 Also, I ride a CWB Faze 140 with Seven bindings, pls say I got the right size for me Confused

I would get him 134-138. just got my daughter a 134 board she is 5'7" 130lbs. I would look around on ebay and get last years model
