I'm installing a remote for my stereo and I need to remove the panal next to the drivers side where the throttle is. it has three screws on the top that just spin and don't loosen.

Is there a trick to taking this off? Anyone taken this panel off in their MC or had a similar problem? Need a hint on how to remove the panal, thanks
