Just thought I would share this with everyone.
I ordered a handle from them today at about 12:30. I got a call a couple hours later saying they didn't have the 2009 handle I ordered anymore, so they upgraded me to the 2009 handle for free.
Now they totally didn't have to do that at all, so that is some good customer service right there. I really do appreciate how quickly you handled it. I think it was you Ed that called, but I was at work, and couldn't hear very well, but I think the guy said his name was Ed.
Anyway thanks again!
Oh and btw the handle is shipped already too. |

It probably was me that called.. And it was a 2010. We have been so busy I have actually had to work a bunch this past month.. I am not prepared to work this damn hard!
